Between 23rd and 28th October 2025, Prof. Dr. Tomas Baležentis—a distinguished professor and researcher in agricultural economics, energy economics, and quantitative methods—was conducting a research visit at the Faculty of Management, University of Primorska (UP FM). This visit is a key activity within the framework of the UP and Vilnius Tech Joint Research Collaborative Seed Grant Program 2024.

The visit is part of the collaborative project titled “Risk-adjusted frontier analysis of the primary sector”, which aims to advance research in efficiency and productivity analysis within agriculture and related fields. The project is jointly led by Prof. Dr. Tomas Baležentis (Vilnius Tech) and Prof. Dr. Štefan Bojnec (UP), with the programme running from 1 January to 31 December 2025.
