Gender equality has become one of the guiding principles of numerous institutions, which have adopted internal plans on how best to achieve it. In Germany, this inequality is most evident in the pay gap, where women still earn on average 16% less than men. This difference is highlighted annually by Equal Pay Day, which marks how many days of the year women work for free.
A successful working meeting within the Bridging Gaps Erasmus+ project took place on 21 and 22 January in Częstochowa, Poland.
