On Wednesday, December 6th, the staff of the UP Faculty of Management joined forces with representatives of the Student Council to decorate the faculty with a festive flair. This collaborative effort was a wonderful opportunity for relaxed socializing, creating a joyful holiday atmosphere among participants. To the sounds of holiday music and warm smiles, we adorned the Christmas tree, hallways, and common areas with lights and small festive details, creating a welcoming ambiance for everyone.

On Tuesday, November 28th, our faculty hosted an exceptionally interesting lecture titled "Current Geopolitical Developments in the World", part of the Conversations with Alumni UP – Connecting Science with Everyday Life series. The event was part of the European Researchers' Night project, which aims to bring science closer to the general public.

We have successfully completed the first week of the academic year and the introductory weekend at the ŠtartUP event, which took place this Saturday, October 5th, at the Žusterna Seaside Park.

The event successfully brought together students and staff from the University of Primorska along with more than 50 local organizations.

With the beginning of October, the new academic year 2024/2025 has also commenced, bringing new opportunities for 750 students, including many new faces—freshmen who officially joined our Faculty of Management at the University of Primorska in the first week of October.

ŠtartUP - FOR A PERFECT START TO THE ACADEMIC YEAR

ŠtartUP is a sports and social event organized by the University of Primorska, with which we start the new academic year together.

We invite you to join us on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10:00 to 16:00 at Žusterna Seaside Park. (*In case of bad weather, the event will be moved to Taverna Koper).

The start of the new academic year is approaching on Tuesday 1 October, when our lecture theatres will once again be full of students.

On Thursday, 19 September 2024, the Faculty of Management hosted the UP FM Employee Consultation, under the title "FM stakeholders and future challenges".
